Merry Christmas!! Today has been a fun day to watch the kiddo's open their gifts from 'Santa'! The boys slept in til 8am or so this morning...yahoo for mom and dad...lol. We actually had to wake Milo up because Egan wanted to open presents soo bad! This was a fun year for Milo too.....just starting to understand it all.....he opened all of his presents sooo gently yesterday and today...it was really sweet to watch him....maybe he'll learn from Egan and Jonathon....the faster the better....hehehe! Milo has been playing with his Playdoh for the majority of the day....He got quite a bit of it from us and he LOVES playdoh! Egan has been playing with his Ben Ten toys he got today and now the boys (Dan included) are watching Ratatuille (also a gift today!)
It has been our family tradition to go out for Chinese every Christmas....Dan and I were trying to think how long we've been doing this.....at least 5 years or so....it started out just Dan, Egan and myself, then the year before my sister died, she joined us with Jonathon....since then, my parents have come with us as well......and then some! Each year it gets busier at First Wok, but we always have great service and the waiters have fun with it! This year, my parents came with Jonathon and then it was the 4 of us. The boys LOVE the Crab Rangoon and that was their lunch! Oh well, It's Christmas right?? So, today has been a very relaxing day for all of us! Milo has been playing with the Nativity set alot lately and today when he was playing with it, he was singing about Jesus! I couldn't quite understand what he was singing except for Jesus...isn't that sweet! He's almost 3 years old and just started talking! He's been going to speech for about a year or so and it's just incredible to hear his sweet little voice singing!!! I'm definately thankful for that sweet little voice. I just have to keep telling myself that when he's screaming "I had it first!" oy!
Anyway, may you be filled with Peace, Joy and Love today!
